When you purchase any Small Business Web Store Apprentice, Professional, or Executive ecommerce package at their normal retail rates you are eligible for our 30-day money-back guarantee. Plans not specifically mentioned here or plans signed up under a promotion or special pricing are not covered under our guarantee.
If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the refund time period specified for your plan, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount excluding setup fees, domain registration fees, and overages (if any) have accrued.
Setup fees are refundable for the following reasons only: (1) the account order is canceled prior to activation; or (2) the domain name you selected was not available at the time of the order.
For Small Business Web Stores contracts of 3 months or less, the full contract amount less any setup fees, domain registration, and overages will be refunded if BroadSpire is notified within the service refund time period (outlined above) following activation. No refund is available after that time.
This policy does not apply to any complementary or additional services such as additional domain registration, website design, Complete Stores, overages, extra disk space, extra email accounts, etc.
Please note that domain registrations are not refundable under any circumstance. |
